Introduction - The Lemon Scented Tea Tree
In Australia we have a most diverse range of plant species, something the Aborigines have known since the dreamtime. Over the last 60 years interest has increased, scientific testing has been carried out and the results show the wonderful therapeutic qualities of our great expanse of bush.
Essential oils are concentrated aromatic liquids extracted from various leaves, barks, flowers and fruits and are 70%-100% stronger than the original plant. Each essential oil contains many constituents providing various therapeutic properties for multipurpose applications. Due to their concentrated form, essential oils should only be used as directed and should not be applied neat to sensitive skin or taken internally. Read more...
